How many bundles do I need?

3 bundles: Full look (18”–24”). 4 bundles: Extra full or longer lengths (24”+).
Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our hair can be professionally dyed or bleached. We recommend having coloring done by an experienced stylist to maintain the quality of the hair.
How do I care for my bundles?

To keep your curls looking their best:

• Shampoo with a sulfate-free shampoo.

• Detangle gently using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working upward.

• Keep the hair moisturized with water and your favorite leave-in conditioner or curl products.

• Avoid brushing the hair when it’s dry.

• Sleep with a satin bonnet or pillowcase to help reduce friction.
Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Yes! Since our bundles are made from 100% human hair, they can be straightened, curled, or styled with heat. Always use a heat protectant to help preserve the hair.
Does the hair shed or tangle?

Some shedding and tangling is normal, especially with tighter curl patterns, but with proper care it can be minimized and your bundles can last for many months. Treat them like your natural hair.
Can I reuse the bundles?

Absolutely! Our bundles are designed to be reused multiple times with proper maintenance.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer next-day pickup in NYC when available. Simply select the pickup option during checkout.
Do you accept returns?

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the payment methods available during checkout.
What is minimal leave out?

Minimal leave out means only a small amount of your natural hair is left out to cover the tracks. It does not have to perfectly match the texture of the bundles. With proper styling, many textures including 4C hair can blend beautifully.
Will my bundles look exactly like the photos?

Because our hair is 100% human hair, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in curl pattern are normal and are part of what makes each bundle beautiful.
Do you restock often?
